Is Free really free?
Yes. A free account gets 10 minutes of voice practice every month, with reviews, history and a skill profile. No card needed.
Which Live Labs are included?
Plus and Pro include every Live Lab, including the Consecutive and Simultaneous Interpreter, in all 21 languages. New Labs are added to your plan as they launch.
Do Live Labs use my practice time?
Yes. A Lab round uses your plan's practice minutes, and any time you don't use comes back when the round ends.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Is there a limit on paid plans?
Yes. Plus includes 400 practice minutes a calendar month, up to 60 a day, and Pro includes 1,000, up to 120 a day. Free includes 10 a month. When a month's minutes are used, voice practice pauses until the 1st (UTC); you can still type to Co-Star. Live Lab rounds and voice chats with Co-Star use the same minutes; typed messages are counted separately.
